Base repair candle for ski base damageThe Toko Repair Candle is a practical base repair stick designed for quick and cost-effective repairs of damaged ski and snowboard bases. The candle is easy to light and allows repair material to be applied directly to scratches or gouges in the base. Once the repair material has cooled and hardened, any excess can be cleanly removed with a steel scraper blade or base file to restore a smooth surface. With a 6 mm diameter, it provides controlled application and is ideal for routine base maintenance and small repairs in the workshop or at home.

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
