i. www.snowtraxstore.co.uk is owned & operated by Snowtrax Ltd. Company Number 3468828 (England & Wales). Registered Address – Dean Park House, Dean Park Crescent, Bournemouth BH1 1HP.

i. All orders can be placed via our website www.snowtraxstore.co.uk or by calling us on 01202 499155.
ii. All orders are subject to stock availability. Occasionally, a particular product is not available for immediate dispatch. In the event that we cannot meet our normal delivery times, we will notify you of the expected delivery date by email, and give you the option to cancel your order or choose an alternative item(s). If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you via email to advise an alternative or give you the option to cancel.
iii. The receipt of our order confirmation email, does not constitute the acceptance of your order. We may need to contact you for further verification information, or undertake fraud pretension checks before accepting your order. We reserve the right to decline the order for any reason.


i. Payment for the goods ordered, delivery & taxes will be made at the time of placing the order. Payment methods will be offered during the checkout process.
ii. Prices are subject to change without notice. We always endeavour to display & charge you the correct price; however in the rare circumstances that the price has to change we will advise you & offer you the opportunity to cancel the order. We work hard to ensure all prices are displayed correctly on our website, if an error is found then will contact you before proceeding with your order.
iii. All goods are priced & charged in GBP (£ Sterling) including VAT at the current rate. Where applicable International customers will not be charged VAT. Upon selecting your delivery location at the checkout the relevant VAT will be removed.
iv. The price we charge does not include any import duties and taxes levied once your order reaches you. Please see section 4(v) below for further details.


i. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address given when you place your order, or to a neighbour if you are not in to sign for the goods. If you do not wish us to deliver to a neighbour then please indicate this at the time of purchase. If you fail to take delivery we will try and rearrange delivery - we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees if required.
ii. Delivery timescales shown at the time of purchase are for indicative purposes only. They are not an offer of a service & are not legally binding. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage suffered by you due to delays with your order.
iii. Claims for missing packages will be dealt with as a priority. However, depending on the method of delivery we reserve the right to wait 28 working days before accepting your claim. If proof of delivery can be provided then we will not take your claim any further, as this is sufficient evidence that your order has been delivered. If you choose to have your order left at the delivery address without signing to accept the delivery, then this is done entirely at your own risk. (This includes notifying us at the time of ordering, or emailing us a request such as (but not exclusively); please leave behind back gate / leave in porch etc). The title of the goods will pass to you as soon as they have been delivered.
iv. Any claims for damaged or faulty items must be made in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your order.
v. When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


i. You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 working days of the goods being received. The goods must be returned to us at your cost including all packaging. Any fees paid by you to us for delivery will not be reimbursed.
ii. You are required to follow our returns procedure for all returns, details of which can be found here https://www.snowtraxstore.co.uk/returns 
iii. Please be aware that goods must be new, unused, unaltered, in resalable condition with all packaging & labels still attached to be valid for return under section 5 (i). Any customised goods that are altered by us to your specifications are no longer classed as new & unused. This includes skis which have had ski bindings mounted at your request. (ii). We are unable to accept returns for underwear or face coverings, due to health and hygiene reasons - unless the item is clearly faulty.
iv. Warranty claims can be made by contacting us, preferably by email with full details of the problem. Where appropriate we will deal with the claim on your behalf with the manufacturer.
v. Payments made using a foreign card may incur transaction and/or commission fees from your card issuer. Any refunds made after you have placed your order will not include reimbursing you these fees. Please also be aware that we have no control over exchange rates, fluctuations between buying & selling rates may result in a difference in the amount refunded. If this is less than the amount paid we cannot be held responsible.


i. All goods remain the property of the company until paid in full. Risk & title passes to you on delivery.


i. All items bought at Snowtrax are covered by a 12 month manufactures warranty from the date of purchase. Please email us before returning any items, with pictures if possible. We will inform you once we have made a decision on your claim under warranty. This may take up to 28 working days as some products will need to be sent for independent inspection.
ii. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to you as a result of an item becoming faulty during the warranty period. This includes any hire fees & associated costs during this period.
iii. Wear & tear is not covered under the warranty. In the case of repair due to wear & tear we will advise you of the costs before carrying out any work. Return postage will be at your cost.
iv. We reserve the right to levy a handling charge if a returned item is found to be not faulty, or not covered by the manufactures warranty.


i. From time to time we may offer voucher codes, discount codes, special offers & further price reductions on our website. These offers & codes may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

ii. Complimentary Vouchers, for a discount off your next purchase, can not be redeemed against product(s) that have been returned for a refund.

iii. Vouchers can not be retrospectively applied to orders that have already been placed.
iv. Voucher codes can be submitted in the checkout area of the website, where any appropriate adjustment in price will be made. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer or promotion at any time, even after you have placed an order. In such rare cases we will contact you & offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.


i. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue / purchase.
ii. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash & cannot be re issued if lost.

iii. Discount codes can not be used against and Snowtrax Gift Vouchers.


i. Should you have cause to complain, please contact us and we will endeavour to reply within two working days.


i. All sports activities are potentially hazardous. It is your responsibility to ensure you have had proper training to use any equipment supplied by Snowtrax. Please be aware of the associated risks when participating in these activities. The company cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury or death resulting from the use of products purchased from us. This includes the use of bindings we have mounted to your skis without your ski boot. We cannot guarantee the correct setting without your ski boot. Please get the boot to binding fit checked by a qualified technician before use.


i. All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or seven working days after the date of posting of a letter.) In providing the the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.

Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland
