Full Time Sales Assistant:

Passionate Skier or Snowboarder? Join Our Retail Team!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused sales assistant to join our busy ski and snowboard shop. You must be a skier or snowboarder - your first hand knowledge is essential for giving our customers the right advice and sharing your passion for the mountains.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering a fast, friendly, and expert customer experience.
• Advising on ski & snowboard equipment, clothing, and accessories.
• Assisting in our busy ski boot fitting department.
• Using our till system to process sales and check stock.
• Helping pack and prepare online orders for shipping.
• Keeping the shop tidy, stocked, and looking great.
• Suggesting new ideas to improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:
• Ski or snowboard experience (required).
• Knowledge and experience in fitting Ski Boots (preferred).
• A genuine passion for retail & sales.
• Outgoing, approachable, and full of energy.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service or sales experience.
• Your own transport (no public transport access).

The Details:
• Full-time: 40 hours per week (5 days, including one weekend day)
• 6-month contract
• Ski/Snowboard experience: 2+ years required
• Retail experience: 1 year required
• Ski Boot Fitting experience: 1 year preferred
