Collect from Our Store:

• Cost: Free for all orders
• Availability: Usually ready within a few hours of ordering
• Instructions: Select this option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection

Ski Binding Mounting:

• Cost: Free for orders with skis and bindings
• Process: We will contact you to confirm if you want the bindings mounted
• Timescale: Typically adds 1-2 working days to the dispatch or collection time. For urgent orders, please contact us before ordering

VAT Free Shopping:

• Automatic Adjustment: VAT is removed for shipments to VAT free locations like the Channel Islands
• Instructions: Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout; VAT will be removed once you enter your delivery address

Dispatch Timescales:

• Orders confirmed before 12pm: Usually dispatched the same working day
• Orders confirmed after 12pm: Usually dispatched the next working day
• Ski Binding Mounting: Allow an extra 1-2 days

Returns Process

We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:

• Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
• Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
• Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
• Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
• Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
