Directional freeride shape with 5mm camber, carbon torsion rods and a sintered base.The Stranda Descender 2027 is a directional freeride snowboard built to slash steeps, bomb lines and stomp airs with authority. It pairs proper freeride muscle with enough freestyle control that you can still take the long way down, hitting side hits and natural features on the way.
The profile is rocker in the nose and tail for float and easy turn initiation, matched with a purposeful 5mm camber underfoot. The camber high point runs past the rear inserts, loading the tail so the board fires you out of turns and off lips. A long radial sidecut keeps big, committed arcs smooth and predictable at speed, while Power Bumps hold an edge when the snow goes firm and chalky. Construction is serious: a paulownia and poplar core with full-length ash stringers running through the inserts, triax fibreglass, and carbon torsion rods running nose to tail beneath the core for torsional snap without deadening the ride. The blunted nose keeps the board planted in variable snow, and the Durasurf 4001 sintered base stays fast run after run. Medium-stiff flex, stiffest at the centre of the sidecut, so it is demanding when you push it and manageable when you are not.

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
