At the heart of this model is Turtle 2.0 Technology, a unique feature that incorporates wave-cut Titanal sheets into the tip and tail. This design allows the ski to flex more easily at lower speeds or with less edge angle, giving it a relaxed and forgiving feel. But when you ramp things up, the Titanal engages more fully, adding rigidity and stability – effectively adapting to your input in real time.
Also key to the Laser CX’s on-snow versatility is Adaptive Contact Length, which gradually increases the ski's edge contact as it's tipped further on edge. Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
