- Any outstanding amount can be transferred to Snowtrax Activity Centre or our Alpine Pub on request - expiry date will be based on original purchase.

Standard Delivery Service:
- Cost: Free for orders over £75 (Mainland only)
- Carrier: Royal Mail, APC
- Delivery Time: Usually takes 5-7 working days from ordering
Priority Delivery Service:
- Cost: From £5.99
- Carrier: Tracked courier next working day service (from dispatch)
- Features: Includes a two hour delivery window with options to rearrange
- Note: No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays
Large & Bulky Items:
- Cost: Free for orders over £75 (Mainland only)
- Service: Next working day delivery
- Carrier: Courier
- Items: Applies to all items over 1m in length (Includes Skis and Snowboards)
- Note: No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays
Collect from Our Store:
- Cost: Free for all orders
- Availability: Usually ready within a few hours of ordering
- Instructions: Select this option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection
Ski Binding Mounting:
- Cost: Free for orders with skis and bindings
- Process: We will contact you to confirm if you want the bindings mounted
- Timescale: Typically adds 1-2 working days to the dispatch or collection time. For urgent orders, please contact us before ordering
VAT Free Shopping:
- Automatic Adjustment: VAT is removed for shipments to VAT free locations like the Channel Islands
- Instructions: Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout; VAT will be removed once you enter your delivery address
Dispatch Timescales:
- Orders confirmed before 12pm: Usually dispatched the same working day

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
