The Salomon Stance W 88 is a women's 88mm frontside ski with twin titanal layers, built for stability and edge hold at speed. Free UK delivery.The Salomon Stance W 88 was the narrowest ski in the women's Stance line when it launched, and it was aimed squarely at skiers who like to go fast on firm snow. The race influenced sidecut and the 88mm waist make it quick and precise through a turn, and the two layers of titanal give it the kind of composure at speed that separates a frontside ski from an all-rounder. Push it down the fall line and it holds an edge through chop and hardpack without flinching.
That said, it is not a one dimensional carver. Salomon kept a karuba and poplar core and cut windows into the upper titanal sheet, filling them with their C/FX carbon and flax blend, which drops swing weight and keeps the ski manageable in bumps and tighter terrain. The subtle rise in the tip and tail lets it drift and float a little more than its width suggests. It suits an advanced skier, or a former racer, who wants grip and stability first and is happy to spend most of the day on piste.

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
