20L freeride backpack with short back system, Clasp Flex Belt & safety compartment.The Ortovox Free Rider 20 S shares the same design philosophy and Clasp Flex Belt back system as the Free Rider 22, but is built around a significantly shorter back length that makes it the preferred option for riders with a shorter torso — including most women and smaller-framed men. The S stands for ‘Short’, and the shorter back system is accompanied by hip and shoulder straps shaped to accommodate a more compact anatomy, delivering the same secure, body-hugging fit as the larger model. At 20 litres, the capacity is close enough to the 22-litre version to carry a full day’s worth of backcountry essentials without compromise.
Like the Free Rider 22, the Free Rider 20 S is PFC-free and made from recycled polyester, and accommodates the Clasp Spine Protector in an internal pocket. The separate safety compartment stores emergency equipment accessibly, and front and back access to the main compartment allows contents to be reached without removing the pack. All attachment systems for skis, ice axe, rope and helmet are cleanly integrated to avoid interference in tight terrain. Internal storage for climbing skins and ski crampons is included, and an emergency card is provided. Available in Chestnut.

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
