Rather than requiring the searcher to divide their attention between the display and the snow surface, the Focus Voice delivers clear, spoken instructions throughout every phase of the rescue — signal search, coarse search and fine search — allowing the user to keep eyes up and move faster. In testing and real-world use, this approach has been shown to reduce errors and save time during the critical first minutes of an avalanche rescue.
The device uses Smart-Antenna Technology, which analyses the transceiver’s position and orientation within the avalanche deposit and automatically switches to the best-performing transmit antenna — delivering up to double the effective range compared to a conventional fixed-antenna beacon. The full-graphic, extra-large display is highly readable in all light conditions and maintains stable, consistent readings from the moment of first signal acquisition. Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
