A Legacy of Innovation
Since its inception in 1975 by James Jannard in his garage with just $300, Oakley has been relentless in its pursuit of innovation. Jannard started by creating a groundbreaking motorcycle grip with a unique design that effectively utilised a patented material known as 'Unobtainium.' This was just the beginning of Oakley's commitment to pushing the limits of what's possible.
From the Mountains to the World Stage
Oakley quickly transitioned into eyewear and goggles, establishing itself as a game-changer in the sports optics industry. Athletes across the globe soon recognized the advantage of Oakley's cutting-edge technology, which enhanced their performance and protected their eyes under extreme conditions.
The Oakley Ethos: Performance First
At Oakley, performance is not just a buzzword – it's a way of life.
