The CamRock profile gives the Merc the best qualities of both classic camber and modern rocker: camber underfoot supplies the edge hold and pop that make carving satisfying and freestyle features approachable, while rocker in the nose and tail softens the board’s entry into turns and makes it far more forgiving in variable snow. The Merc works on groomed runs, through moguls, in moderate pow and over side hits — hence it becoming a consistent team favourite at Nidecker. Pop Carbon inlays at the nose and tail inject ollie snap into what is otherwise a mellow-flexing board, giving the Merc considerably more energy off the tail than its relaxed riding feel would suggest. The Master Core, blending poplar, beech, spruce and paulownia, delivers a superior strength-to-weight ratio. Triax Plus fibreglass delivers three-directional torsional stiffness that keeps the board responsive edge-to-edge even when the overall flex pattern is soft.

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
