Made from Merino Flex — Mons Royale’s Merino blend with Nylon and Elastane — the Santa Rosa stretches comfortably across the face without the rigidity of a heavier woven balaclava, sealing out wind while remaining breathable enough for high-intensity activity. Merino’s natural temperature regulation means it will not cause overheating on the skin side even when the outer temperature is extreme.
The Santa Rosa includes a ponytail hole, making it suitable for both shorter and longer hairstyles without forcing an uncomfortable compression of hair under the helmet. It is helmet-compatible and designed to sit neatly under a helmet without pressure points or excess material. The slim fit reduces bulk and keeps the balaclava close to the face for effective warmth rather than a loose-fitting product that allows cold air to circulate. Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
