As the name suggests, the Double Up uses two layers of 100% Merino fabric, effectively doubling the thermal insulation across the face and neck. At 190gsm per layer, it is a significant upgrade in warmth over the single-layer Daily Dose, making it the right call for cold and wind-exposed days, chairlift rides in sub-zero temperatures, and early-morning starts when the mountain is at its coldest.
The construction is soft enough to wear directly against skin and the natural odour resistance of the 100% Merino blend means it stays fresh across multiple ski days without washing. The double-layer design does not make the neckwarmer excessively bulky — it still sits comfortably under a helmet and tucks neatly into a jacket collar. Unisex. Available in Black and Blue Dusk.

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
