The defining feature is the grip itself — it unscrews to reveal a built-in flask that holds between 138ml (110cm) and 188ml (125cm), depending on pole length. Unscrew the grip, pour in your drink of choice, screw the grip back on, and you have a warm drink waiting for you on demand at the bottom of the piste. The process takes seconds and doesn’t require removing gloves. Beyond the flask, the Hot Shot is a solidly built, conventional alpine ski pole in 16mm Aluminium HTS construction with an Evocon Soft grip — a flexible, multi-grip design with a rounded support surface and adjustable Lock System Nylon Strap. A Racing provides year-round versatility.

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
