Built on the generous 103mm Comfort Last with a women's-specific cuff and liner, the Concept 8.5 W is designed for intermediate female skiers who want a boot that fits well, steps into easily, and stays comfortable from first to last run.
An 85-rated flex sits at the accessible end of the Concept women's range, with a Flex Adjust elastomer insert offering the option to soften that further by 8% for beginners or lighter skiers. The EASY Closure System simplifies buckling, Easy Entry and Exit channels in the shell allow hands-free entry, and the Comfort Fit thermoformable liner molds to the foot for a personalised, cushioned hold. Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
