Weighing just 400g per boot, the Fischer One keeps fatigue to a minimum and makes the physical experience of learning to ski less of an obstacle. The stiffness is calibrated specifically for a child's weight rather than an adult's — providing just the right amount of support for a beginner without fighting small legs. A large, easy-to-open design and simple Velcro strap closure means children can manage the boot themselves — an important factor in building independence and confidence on the mountain. Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
