Built on the lightest, strongest core in Burton's lineup, the Dragonfly 600G, the Custom X achieves a staggering strength-to-weight ratio without compromise. High Voltage 45-degree carbon highlights deliver the stiffest, poppiest laminate construction in the range, while Frostbite Edges extend below the bindings for unmatched edge hold on ice and hardpack. The Multizone EGD core construction aligns wood grain in four separate zones around the binding channel for ultimate edge control and power transfer. Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
