The Polar Buff achieves its superior warmth through a two-zone construction: a lower section of lofted PrimaLoft® Bio™ Fleece for maximum thermal insulation, bonded to an upper section of lightweight recycled microfiber with 4-way stretch and UPF 50 sun protection.
The PrimaLoft® Bio™ Fleece used in the lower zone is a significant environmental step forward — it is fully biodegradable and designed to return to nature at end of life, while still delivering the high thermal insulation and moisture-wicking performance that PrimaLoft® is known for. At just 31 grams, the Polar Buff is exceptionally light for its level of warmth, outperforming bulkier fleece neck warmers that offer similar protection but take up far more room in a kit bag.
The extended length compared to a standard Buff gives the Polar greater coverage of the neck and lower face, making it an excellent companion to a ski helmet and goggles in cold, windy conditions. It can be worn as a neck warmer, pulled up over the nose and chin, worn as a beanie, or folded as a headband under a helmet.

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
