They’ve also upgraded the recycled locking clip to a tougher ABS plastic, so your Sack stays secure for all day riding. Retained features essential to the Sack include the fully waterproof zippers and the CrapChap zip pulls that mean you don’t need to remove them mitts to access your shiz!

VAT Free Shopping:
- Automatic Adjustment: VAT is removed for shipments to VAT free locations like the Channel Islands

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
