18L technical snow backpack with avy pocket and board carryThe Burton [ak] Dispatcher 18L Backpack is a purpose-built, technical snow pack for short backcountry tours, sidecountry hits, and cat or heli trips.
At 18 litres, it carries exactly what you need — avalanche safety tools, water, a spare layer, and your goggles — without excess volume that creates unnecessary bulk against your back during active riding. The pack is built from durable 210D Nylon Cordura® ripstop with PU coating, resisting snow and moisture while maintaining a lightweight feel. A dedicated avalanche tool storage pocket provides rapid access to a shovel and probe without disturbing the rest of the pack's organisation. A fleece-lined goggle and accessory pocket protects lens surfaces from scratching, and a hydration sleeve keeps a bladder securely in place.
The compression-moulded back panel and ergonomic shoulder straps with built-in whistle allow you to ride comfortably without the pack interfering with technique.

Returns Process
We are pleased to offer refunds for any items purchased from Snowtrax, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or face coverings unless the item is clearly faulty.
- Skis & Bindings: Skis and bindings that have been drill mounted are no longer considered new and unused.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. *Extended until 15th Jan for Xmas Gifts purchased from 1st November.
- Returns Note: A completed returns note is essential for processing your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your return once it is received.
