Do you service skis and snowboards?
Yes! We have a team of expert ski and snowboard servicing technicians on site, with a fully fitted workshop. We offer ski and snowboard servicing, binding mounting and ski binding safety checks, all year round, find more details about our workshop ski and snowboard servicing here.

Can you mount my ski bindings to my skis?
Sure, and what's more, we do this FREE for skis & bindings bought at Snowtrax! We have a host of binding mounting jigs to cover all the major brands of ski bindings. Salomon, Marker, Tyrolla and pretty much any ski binding you'll come across can be mounted at Snowtrax. Find out more about our FREE binding mounting service here.

Can I order skis and bindings without details of my ski boot?
Yes you can, just choose the option in the checkout process to either supply boot details later (so we can mount your bindings) or have your skis shipped without having the bindings mounted.

The product I want to order is listed as 'Pre order', what does Pre order mean?

When you pre order a product from snowtraxstore.co.uk - it means the item is not currently in stock in our warehouse and we are either waiting for this item to arrive, or we could potentially order the item from the manufacturer specially for you. When you place a pre order with us one of our customer service team will contact you to explain when the likely delivery date of your order will be. Please note - when a Pre order is placed with us, we do not take/acccept payment from your bank, until we are about to dispatch the product to you.

What are the most suitable ski bindings for me?
If you are unsure & would like some advice please get in touch, it's easiest to give us a call so we can talk you though the options & guide you to the best binding for you. If that's not convenient then please email us.

What width breaks do my bindings come with?
All our bindings are listed without ski break sizes. We will match the correct size to your skis when you place your order. If you are ordering bindings on their own then please let us know what break size you require. You can do this in the order notes section during the checkout process. If you are unsure then please contact us.

Do ski poles come as a pair?
Yes! Poles are priced as a pair on our website, you do not have to order 2. We only sell poles as pairs, not individually.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. You can choose your delivery destination at the checkout, find out more about international shipping.
