ONLINE ORDER PROCESSOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

We're looking for a customer service ninja to join our team. Working in close contact with customers, suppliers, and store staff to efficiently administer orders, returns and enquires from both our ski and snowboard store and website. Delivering a friendly, well organised service with strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Seeing orders through from picking, packing to dispatch, the role encompasses all aspects of our online business. We're a "hands on team" so flexibility is expected, so be ready to assist on the shop floor during busy periods, selling ski and snowboard hardware, clothing and accessories.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Admin
• Process, pick and packing of internet orders.
• Contact customers when necessary regarding orders.
• Handle returns, process refunds and liaise with customers.
• Respond to emails and enquiries.
• Uphold excellent customer service.
2) Sales
• Assist customers via telephone.
• Process transactions and perform any necessary paperwork.
3) Other Duties
• Assist with day to day duties to keep the store operating:
• Unpacking Stock.
• Arranging Displays.
• Cleaning and tidying.
• Assist in other areas of the business as required.

Contract: Seasonal (October-April) / Full time role (40 hours per week). Must be available to work at weekends.

SKI BOOT FITTER / SKI TECH

We're looking for an outgoing customer focused person, to join our ski boot fitting team team this winter. Working within a small team to deliver the excellent boot fitting service our store is known for. The right candidate will need to be a "hands on", practically minded person. Previous experience preferred, however full job training can be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Ski Boot Fitting
• Assisting customers purchasing ski boots based on ability and foot type.
• Analysing foot shape to find the correct ski boot.  
• Listening closely to customer feedback, whilst continually explaining the process.
• Creating custom insoles using our Sidas vacuum moulding equipment.
• Upholding excellent customer service.

2) Workshop
• Ski binding mounting, both rail systems and drill mounting using jigs.
• Ski & snowboard boot repairs and modification.
• Other general repairs.

3) Other
• Assisting customers throughout our ski and snowboard store, offering advice and assistance.  

Contract: Seasonal (October-April) / Full time role (40 hours per week). Must be available to work at weekends.

FULL TIME & PART TIME SALES ASSISTANTS

We're looking for full and part time sales assistants to join our team for the winter season. Working within our busy ski & snowboard store, assisting customers with purchases and offering advice. Applicants must be outgoing, friendly & approachable with good knowledge of skiing and snowboarding.

As one of the leading independent Ski & Snowboard specialist stores in the UK, we pride ourselves on the standard of service we provide our customers. As a member of our stores sales team you will be required to achieve the following objectives:

• Serve customers to the best of your ability.
• Perform your role in a polite and respectful manor to customers and staff.
• Act as a representative of Snowtrax store – and in doing so aid customers in making the correct purchase.
• Develop your knowledge of ski and snowboard Hardgoods and Softgoods so as to achieve a high level of customer service.
• Show your enthusiasm for the products we sell – and why they may benefit the customer.
• Organise and carry out tasks appropriately.
Contract: Seasonal (October-April) / Full time role 40 hours per week, Part time role approx 10 hours per week. Must be available to work at weekends.
