Sales Assistant PT

Contract: Part Time Seasonal (October to April)

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic sales people to work in our busy ski and snowboard shop. Previous Ski and snowboard experience is preferred in this role to advise customers effectively, but further training will be provided.

Main Activities:
• Deliver a swift and friendly customer experience for our customers
• Fitting ski and snowboard boots
• Using our till system to process sales and check stock
• General shop cleanliness
• Re-stocking of shop floor
• Constantly look for ways to improve customer experience

Essential Skills and Knowledge:
• A passion for Retail & Sales
• Knowledge of Skiing / Snowboarding (Further product training will be provided)
• Outgoing & approachable
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Fun, hard-working with a fine eye for detail
• Proactive
• Good communication skills
• Previous customer service or sales experience essential
• Self-sufficient for transport as we are not accessible by public transport
