SUMMARY
Swallowtail carving ski with 87mm waist and 13m radiusThere is nothing quite like the Black Crows Mirus Cor on any mountain anywhere. A ski object born of performance and design — as Black Crows themselves describe it — the Mirus Cor exists at the intersection of freestyle creativity and carving intensity, all wrapped in a shape that looks like it arrived from another decade entirely. The wide, squared-off nose, slender 87mm waist and dramatic swallowtail produce a ski with a 13-metre turn radius that is as tight and reactive as a slalom ski, but with the attitude of a park board. A single metal layer underfoot ensures that the Mirus Cor's enthusiasm for carved turns is matched by genuine edge hold, even on firmer piste. The poplar core and fiberglass laminate keep the build light and energetic. Ski it short and it rewards with an almost effortless pivot and a wild amount of fun in bumps, trees and on every sidehit you can find. Push harder and the metal tells you it can handle everything you throw at it. A firm favourite with advanced skiers looking for something truly different — and something that will genuinely change the way you interact with the mountain.
