Over 10 years since this freeride twin landed and this classic is still at the top of the game. Designed to ride with the prowess of a directional pow board and the freestyle flavoured fun of a twin, the Sickstick enables you to take spins and switch landings into pow with ease. 

The Tapered Twin shape rides amazingly on hardpack and has just enough taper to help float more on deeper days. The Quadratic side cut is centred on the inserts and gives a super fluid feel whichever way you’re riding it. Ideal for backcountry booters and side hits into the pow. 

The Sickstick gets its responsive flex from a combination of a Ghost Green Core and Popster core profile that creates a lightweight snowboard with loads of pop and a precise feel on both groomers and side country. Salomon have also added Bamboo and cork to the construction to reduce vibration and also reduce the amount of plastic used in construction. 

This snowboard will suit riders looking for an all mountain freeride snowboard with a responsive ride and supreme agility. Ideal for those looking to make the most of side hits and launching off into the soft stuff.

  • Sidecut: Quadratic - A blend of elliptic curves for easy turn initiation, effortless direction changes and fluid edge to edge transitions.

  • ABC wrapper: More pop, less plastic! ABC Wrapper is a patented process using structural bamboo veneers to reduce fiberglass and resin content in each board by 40%. Traditional ABS sidewalls get the axe — replaced instead by waterproof Bamboo rods.
  • Popster: Shaped wood core profile with strategically placed variation of thickness. It maximizes the natural snap and powerful pop of wood. Feels like your skateboard kicktail finally connected with your snowboard
  • Ghost Green Core: Ghost Green Core components have been selected and designed to optimize pop and reduce weight while utilizing sustainable attributes of a super light paulownia wood
  • Fine Stone Finish: Our fine stone finish is particularly efficient on our Sintered EG base, speed up in powder or softer snow conditions.
  • All Mountain Edge Bevel: From detuning the tip and tail to a 1-degree edge holding tune throughout the key parts of the sidecut, back to a 2-degree bevel between the feet. This delivers the most solid edge hold with no hang-ups

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

We offer 3 options for customers in the UK:

1. Standard Delivery Service – Items will be sent by Royal Mail or similar. This service will take approximately 7 working days. We recommend using our priority service for larger & valuable items.

2. Priority Delivery - With 1 hour delivery window - Items will be shipped by courier & are fully insured. Delivery will be next working day (not Saturdays or Sundays) from the date we dispatch your order, with a one hour delivery window. No more waiting around at home all day to sign for your parcel, you even get the opportunity to rearrange the time window or the day of delivery. Large & bulky items are usually shipped using UPS. Unfortunately they are unable to offer a 1 hour delivery service on these items (This applies to all Skis & Snowboards).

3. Pick up from store - All orders placed on the website can be collected in store.

PLEASE BE AWARE

If you are buying skis & wish us to mount the bindings, you order will take approximately1-2 working days before it is ready to be dispatched / collected. BFPO ADDRESSES

We can ship items to BFPO addresses for the same cost as UK shipment for orders of most small to medium sized items. Please select Mainland UK as your delivery location at the checkout. Unfortunately larger items (Skis & Snowboards) cannot be sent via Royal Mail to BFPO addresses, they need to be shipped by courier. If you are ordering such items please select the country you are located in as the delivery address during the checkout process. This will ensure you are charged the correct amount for shipping & that we do not need to contact you for additional shipping costs before sending your order.

DELIVERY COST & TIMES

Orders confirmed before 12pm will be usually dispatched the same working day. Orders confirmed after 12pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

Occasionally, a particular product is not available for immediate despatch. In the event that we cannot meet our usual delivery times, we will notify you of the expected delivery date by e-mail or telephone, and give you the option to cancel your order or suggest an alternative.

PLEASE NOTE - Delivery times are estimates. Whilst we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly, delivery may take longer than the times quoted due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Delivery

PLEASE NOTE - There are delays shipping into Europe at the moment at the UK boarder. This only affects deliveries by road - please contact us before ordering for further information.

We are experts in supplying ski & snowboard equipment to international destinations & can ship to most countries worldwide.

You can place your order & pay securely on our website, all shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process. When shipping to countries outside the EU tax is deducted automatically for applicable locations.

If you have a number of oversized items in your shopping basket (more than 1 set of skis or snowboards), we may have to contact you before shipping your order to advise the actual shipping cost. You have the option to cancel your order at any time.

We can provide quotes for shipping destinations not available at the checkout. Please email us with your requirements, including shipping address & the products you wish to purchase.

Our shipping partners have been carefully selected to give you an excellent level of service.

We will happily refund any items purchased from Snowtrax:

> Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition with all their original packaging & labels still attached.

> We are unable to accept returns for underwear or face coverings, due to health and hygiene reasons - unless the item is clearly faulty.

> Skis & bindings that have been mounted are no longer classed as new & unused. 

> Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase

> A completed returns note & original receipt are essential. We will credit the card you originally paid with – this may take up to 7 working days to appear as cleared funds.

> For exchanges, please place a new order for the item required and we will refund your return on receipt.

This returns procedure & policy is for online / telephone purchases only. A separate policy applies to goods purchased in store, please contact us for details or see in store.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please follow the procedure below to return goods to us:

1. Download a Returns Form

2. Please print this off, fill out the details & include it with your returned items.

3. Wrap the items in their original packaging with all tags and labels etc relating to the returned goods.

4. Include your original receipt. (Without this we may not be able offer a refund).

5. Send the package with the completed Returns Note to us:

Please note, we strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service. If you do not use recorded delivery and the goods do not reach us safely, we cannot be held responsible.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. We will notify you by phone or e-mail when we have processed your return. No returns can be processed unless these conditions are adhered to.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive incorrect or damaged goods please contact us by phone or email before sending us back the goods, stating what the fault is & whether you’d like a refund or replacement. We will reimburse the cost of you posting the goods back to us as long as the cost has been agreed by us first.

If you request a refund, we will refund you by the method used to pay for the goods. (This may take up to 7 working days to appear as cleared funds)

If you requested a replacement this will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received.

WARRANTY RETURNS

All items are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Please contact us by phone or email before returning any items. Items returned under warranty must be clean. Dirty items will not be accepted for repair or replacement. Original receipts will be required for all warranty claims. We will inform you once we have made a decision on your claim under warranty. This may take a little while as some products will need to be sent for independent inspection.

Wear & tear is not covered under the warranty. For skis & snowboards, base & edge damage is regarded as wear & tear.

In the case of repair due to wear & tear we will advise you of the costs before carrying out any work. Return postage will be at your cost.
