The Tecnica Cochise 120 DYN in a narrow/medium 99mm last, is a great choice for more advanced skiers who want to start adventuring up into the backcountry. This boot offers a great mixture of touring and skiing capabilities, with the dynafit certified, low tech inserts compatible for pin bindings as well as a regular alpine sole for traditional downhill bindings, meaning you can have one boot for both your downhill and uphill setups. With Tecnica’s Power Light Design making the plastic 30% thinner than conventional boots they're lighter than many on the market, which makes the boots easier for climbing. The Mobility Cuff has a study construction while the Self Adjusting System offers an incredible 42° range of motion, providing excellent uphill performance with all the solidity you need to ski. The buckles are fitted with extendable cuff hooks to secure the boot when in walk-mode, as well as Lift Lock that keeps the buckles out of the way when you open them. The Tecnica Cochise 120 DYN in the stiffer 120 flex, still supplies excellent power transfer and edge grip, maintaining the level of performance and response needed for aggressive downhill skiers. C.A.S. Technology  appears in the lining and shell giving a great anatomical first fit, but are both highly customisable to reduce pressure spots and personalise the fit for ultimate comfort. For those skiers who prioritise performance downhill but want all the important features of a touring boot, the Tecnica Cochise 120 DYN is the boot to choose.

  • Custom Adaptive shape or C.A.S. has revolutionised liner customisation. The stiffer dual density micro-cell material has a pre molded anatomic shape and can be heated in the oven and actually reformed to your foot. It can also be punched out or ground down if you’re experiencing any fit problems. Tecnica’s C.A.S. lines offer optimal comfort and hold, plus they pack out slower than the average liner, meaning your boots will maintain the perfect fit for longer. (In-store fitting required.)

  • C.A.S. (Custom Adaptive Shape) Technology also features in the shell of Tecnica boots. It is anatomically shaped to give a great out-of-the-box feel, that hugs the foot beautifully. However, it is fully adaptable to your needs thanks to the structured C.A.S.  holes that are located in the common problem areas that are more vulnerable to pressure spots. The holes make the plastic thinner in these areas, making them easier to grind or heat and stretch. All this allows for superb customisation that's critical to getting that perfect performance fit with ski-all-day comfort. (In-store fitting required.)

We offer 3 options for customers in the UK:

1. Standard Delivery Service – Items will be sent by Royal Mail or similar. This service will take approximately 7 working days. We recommend using our priority service for larger & valuable items.

2. Priority Delivery - With 1 hour delivery window - Items will be shipped by courier & are fully insured. Delivery will be next working day (not Saturdays or Sundays) from the date we dispatch your order, with a one hour delivery window. No more waiting around at home all day to sign for your parcel, you even get the opportunity to rearrange the time window or the day of delivery. Large & bulky items are usually shipped using UPS. Unfortunately they are unable to offer a 1 hour delivery service on these items (This applies to all Skis & Snowboards).

3. Pick up from store - All orders placed on the website can be collected in store.


If you are buying skis & wish us to mount the bindings, you order will take approximately1-2 working days before it is ready to be dispatched / collected. We are happy to prioritise your order should you require it urgently, please contact us to discuss before ordering. Find out more about our FREE binding mounting service.


We can ship items to BFPO addresses for the same cost as UK shipment for orders of most small to medium sized items. Please select Mainland UK as your delivery location at the checkout. Unfortunately larger items (Skis & Snowboards) cannot be sent via Royal Mail to BFPO addresses, they need to be shipped by courier. If you are ordering such items please select the country you are located in as the delivery address during the checkout process. This will ensure you are charged the correct amount for shipping & that we do not need to contact you for additional shipping costs before sending your order.


Orders confirmed before 12pm will be usually dispatched the same working day. Orders confirmed after 12pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

Occasionally, a particular product is not available for immediate despatch. In the event that we cannot meet our usual delivery times, we will notify you of the expected delivery date by e-mail or telephone, and give you the option to cancel your order or suggest an alternative.

PLEASE NOTE - Delivery times are estimates. Whilst we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly, delivery may take longer than the times quoted due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Delivery

PLEASE NOTE - There are delays shipping into Europe at the moment at the UK boarder. This only affects deliveries by road - please contact us before ordering for further information.

We are experts in supplying ski & snowboard equipment to international destinations & can ship to most countries worldwide.

You can place your order & pay securely on our website, all shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process. When shipping to countries outside the EU tax is deducted automatically for applicable locations.

If you have a number of oversized items in your shopping basket (more than 1 set of skis or snowboards), we may have to contact you before shipping your order to advise the actual shipping cost. You have the option to cancel your order at any time.

We can provide quotes for shipping destinations not available at the checkout. Please email us with your requirements, including shipping address & the products you wish to purchase.

Our shipping partners have been carefully selected to give you an excellent level of service.

We will happily exchange or refund any items purchased from Snowtrax:

> Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition with all their original packaging & labels still attached.

> We are unable to accept returns for underwear or face coverings, due to health and hygiene reasons - unless the item is clearly faulty.

> Skis & bindings that have been mounted are no longer classed as new & unused. 

> Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase

> A completed returns note & original receipt are essential. We will credit the card you originally paid with – this may take up to 7 working days to appear as cleared funds.

This returns procedure & policy is for online / telephone purchases only. A separate policy applies to goods purchased in store, please contact us for details or see in store.


Please follow the procedure below to return goods to us:

1. Download a Returns Form

2. Please print this off, fill out the details & include it with your returned items.

3. Wrap the items in their original packaging with all tags and labels etc relating to the returned goods.

4. Include your original receipt. (Without this we may not be able offer a refund).

5. Send the package with the completed Returns Note to us:

Please note, we strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service. If you do not use recorded delivery and the goods do not reach us safely, we cannot be held responsible.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. We will notify you by phone or e-mail when we have processed your return. No returns can be processed unless these conditions are adhered to.


If you receive incorrect or damaged goods please contact us by phone or email before sending us back the goods, stating what the fault is & whether you’d like a refund or replacement. We will reimburse the cost of you posting the goods back to us as long as the cost has been agreed by us first.

If you request a refund, we will refund you by the method used to pay for the goods. (This may take up to 7 working days to appear as cleared funds)

If you requested a replacement this will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received.


All items are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Please contact us by phone or email before returning any items. Items returned under warranty must be clean. Dirty items will not be accepted for repair or replacement. Original receipts will be required for all warranty claims. We will inform you once we have made a decision on your claim under warranty. This may take a little while as some products will need to be sent for independent inspection.

Wear & tear is not covered under the warranty. For skis & snowboards, base & edge damage is regarded as wear & tear.

In the case of repair due to wear & tear we will advise you of the costs before carrying out any work. Return postage will be at your cost.
