The Rossignol Alltrack Pro 120 has been redesigned to be lighter and more efficient than ever. The excellent medium fitting, 100mm last Alltrack Pro 120 has been constructed with the Generative Design Grid Structure which reduces thickness and cuts weight without compromising any rigidity for powerful skiing. The shell also uses Rossignol’s Dual Core Technology which uses two different stiffnesses of plastic layered together, this assists the Generative Grid in keeping weight low. The plastic over the foot is slightly softer, making the boots easier to get on and off while the lower part of the boot has the second, stiffer plastic injected, which increases torsional stiffness, power transfer and overall control. The shell of the boot can be heated and stretched if necessary to help alleviate any pressure spots you might feel in the boot. The pre-shaped liner automatically cups the ankle and secures the heel in place but is thermo moldable for an ultra personalised fit. The liners have been adapted to reduce weight whilst maintaining structure in the key areas that deliver comfort and transmission, the liner uses Thinsulate Stretch which is an elasticated synthetic insulation that keeps your feet warm and helps maintain the shape of the liner. The Alltrack Pro 120 now includes a zone at the back of the liner which has been designed to crease smoothly when the boot is using the new and improved walk mode. The redesigned Hike Mode offers an incredible 50° range of motion with a more secure metal-on-metal locking system that provides more stability for superb downhill performance. The walk mode allows you to hike up hassle free in search of the best off piste and the gnarliest lines but can also be pretty helpful at apres too.   • The Structure Generative Design Grid features in the Rossignol Alltrack LT touring series and this season has been introduced into the rest of the Alltrack range. This technology sufficiently reduces the overall weight of the boots by using a grid structure where areas of plastic can be significantly thinner without sacrificing the structural integrity of the boot. 

  • Rossignol’s Dual Core Technology makes it possible for the Generative Grid to reduce weight by maintaining the plastics stiffness. A rigid plastic is injected into the lower section of the mold, followed by a second injection of softer material so the two plastics are sandwiched and mesh together. This process allows different zones of hardness without having multiple layers of plastic which make the boot heavier. The Stronger plastic is contained to the lower part of the boot which helps increase torsional stiffness and improve power transfer. While the top section of the boot is constructed with the softer material, this ensures comfort over the foot, smooth flexing and easy entry even in boots with a stiffer flex rating.

  • The newly redesigned Hike Mode has an incredible 50° range of motion in the cuff of the boot for extremely natural, smooth movement on ascents. The shell has been adapted to allow the foot to lean back that far and the rotation axis has been lowered by 6mm optimising the way the cuff moves. The metal-to-metal locking mechanism improves strength when the boot is in the ski setting, improving the quality of downhill performance without sacrificing any climbing ability.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

We offer 3 options for customers in the UK:

1. Standard Delivery Service – Items will be sent by Royal Mail or similar. This service will take approximately 7 working days. We recommend using our priority service for larger & valuable items.

2. Priority Delivery - With 1 hour delivery window - Items will be shipped by courier & are fully insured. Delivery will be next working day (not Saturdays or Sundays) from the date we dispatch your order, with a one hour delivery window. No more waiting around at home all day to sign for your parcel, you even get the opportunity to rearrange the time window or the day of delivery. Large & bulky items are usually shipped using UPS. Unfortunately they are unable to offer a 1 hour delivery service on these items (This applies to all Skis & Snowboards).

3. Pick up from store - All orders placed on the website can be collected in store.

PLEASE BE AWARE

If you are buying skis & wish us to mount the bindings, you order will take approximately1-2 working days before it is ready to be dispatched / collected. We are happy to prioritise your order should you require it urgently, please contact us to discuss before ordering. Find out more about our FREE binding mounting service.

BFPO ADDRESSES

We can ship items to BFPO addresses for the same cost as UK shipment for orders of most small to medium sized items. Please select Mainland UK as your delivery location at the checkout. Unfortunately larger items (Skis & Snowboards) cannot be sent via Royal Mail to BFPO addresses, they need to be shipped by courier. If you are ordering such items please select the country you are located in as the delivery address during the checkout process. This will ensure you are charged the correct amount for shipping & that we do not need to contact you for additional shipping costs before sending your order.

DELIVERY COST & TIMES

Orders confirmed before 12pm will be usually dispatched the same working day. Orders confirmed after 12pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

Occasionally, a particular product is not available for immediate despatch. In the event that we cannot meet our usual delivery times, we will notify you of the expected delivery date by e-mail or telephone, and give you the option to cancel your order or suggest an alternative.

PLEASE NOTE - Delivery times are estimates. Whilst we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly, delivery may take longer than the times quoted due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Delivery

We are experts in supplying ski & snowboard equipment to international destinations & can ship to most countries worldwide.

You can place your order & pay securely on our website, all shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process. When shipping to countries outside the EU tax is deducted automatically for applicable locations. (This includes Norway, Switzerland and the Channel Islands).

If you have a number of oversized items in your shopping basket (more than 1 set of skis or snowboards), we may have to contact you before shipping your order to advise the actual shipping cost. You have the option to cancel your order at any time.

We are unable to ship Snowpulse or avalanche Bags with canisters overseas on a standard service. Shipping of the canisters requires a Hazardous contents shipping service, due to the compressed gas. We can obtain a quotation and you can decide whether to pay the shipping charge. Please contact us for details before placing an order.

We can provide quotes for shipping destinations not available at the checkout. Please email us with your requirements, including shipping address & the products you wish to purchase.

**Important notice regarding returns – Please notify us of your intent to return an item within the usual time frames. However, we would request that you do not ship items to us, unless we have authorised this first. Our premises are closed to the public & we cannot guarantee someone will be on site to receive your return. For more information, please email sales@snowtraxstore.co.uk**

We will happily exchange or refund any items purchased from Snowtrax:

> Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition with all their original packaging & labels still attached.
> Skis & bindings that have been mounted are no longer classed as new & unused. 
> Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (Items purchased as Christmas presents, from 23rd Nov, are part of our extended returns policy - returns must be made before 15th Jan).
> A completed returns note & original receipt are essential. We will credit the card you originally paid with – this may take up to 7 working days to appear as cleared funds.

This returns procedure & policy is for online / telephone purchases only. A separate policy applies to goods purchased in store, please contact us for details or see in store.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please follow the procedure below to return goods to us:

1. Download a Returns Form

2. Please print this off, fill out the details & include it with your returned items.

3. Wrap the items in their original packaging with all tags and labels etc relating to the returned goods.

4. Include your original receipt. (Without this we may not be able offer a refund).

5. Send the package with the completed Returns Note to us:

Please note, we strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service. If you do not use recorded delivery and the goods do not reach us safely, we cannot be held responsible.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. We will notify you by phone or e-mail when we have processed your return. No returns can be processed unless these conditions are adhered to.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive incorrect or damaged goods please contact us by phone or email before sending us back the goods, stating what the fault is & whether you’d like a refund or replacement. We will reimburse the cost of you posting the goods back to us as long as the cost has been agreed by us first.

If you request a refund, we will refund you by the method used to pay for the goods. (This may take up to 7 working days to appear as cleared funds)

If you requested a replacement this will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received.

WARRANTY RETURNS

All items are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Please contact us by phone or email before returning any items. Items returned under warranty must be clean. Dirty items will not be accepted for repair or replacement. Original receipts will be required for all warranty claims. We will inform you once we have made a decision on your claim under warranty. This may take a little while as some products will need to be sent for independent inspection.

Wear & tear is not covered under the warranty. For skis & snowboards, base & edge damage is regarded as wear & tear.

In the case of repair due to wear & tear we will advise you of the costs before carrying out any work. Return postage will be at your cost.
